Hire and purchase service hours
Academic dress hire and purchase services are available:
- Wednesdays, 10.30am to 12.00pm
- Fridays, 3.00pm to 4.30pm
An appointment is required for all academic dress services at these times.
Academic dress hire and purchase services are closed during the following periods:
- 15 December to 15 January of each year
- three weeks before and after graduation ceremonies, and
- during graduation ceremonies

Hire non-return penalty fee
Important information: You must return the hired academic dress to UTS Graduations by the advertised time, which will be confirmed at collection ('Return Time'). By hiring the academic dress, you agree that you will return it by the Return Time, and that UTS Graduations is entitled to charge you the full purchase price for the academic dress if it is not returned by the Return Time.
