GSU Graduations manage ceremonies at which eligible students graduate.

Graduating in Autumn 2009

To graduate, students must have completed or attained the following*:

• Settled any outstanding debts.
• Have a status of 'Passed' displayed in My Student Admin and have had your award conferred by UTS Council (Rule 13.4.1). (Faculties are responsible for a student's academic progression. Any inquiries relating to your academic progression should be directed to your Student Centre.)
• Registered your attendance and paid your ceremony fee online during the graduation registration period.
• Made any changes to your formal name and address in My Student Admin.

  Note: If you are submitting a Correction of Name form (PDF), allow five (5) working days for your name change application to be processed.

• Completed your graduation checklist.

* Dates for Autumn 2009 to be confirmed.
