Ceremony fee
The fee for attending ceremonies in Sydney (at either campus) is $95 and includes:
- all required items of academic dress
- entry to the ceremony and reception for you and up to three guest (unless you are advised otherwise)
- DVD of the ceremony.
Paying your ceremony fee
The ceremony fee should be paid using VISA or Mastercard when registering for your graduation in My Student Admin. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
The Autumn 2009 graduation registration period is to be confirmed.
If you cannot attend
If you withdraw from your ceremony or are unable to attend on the day, you will graduate in absentia. This means you will graduate on the day without being present, and we will post your testamur to you after the ceremony. Please make sure your address details are up to date in My Student Admin.
Refund of fees
As we need to finalise all ceremony arrangements including catering, academic dress, seating, etc., prior to the event, we cannot refund any of the ceremony fee without at least three days notice prior to the ceremony.
If you withdraw from your ceremony at least three days before the event, we can refund $50, but retain $45 (non-refundable fee component).
