The purpose of this Directive is to establish a simple yet effective means of gathering student feedback on subjects and the teaching of subjects to support the UTS Planning and Improvement Framework as it relates to Learning and Teaching. The primary mechanism for gathering this feedback at UTS is the Student Feedback Survey (SFS). The Directive states that all subjects, including those offered offshore, should be surveyed via the SFS, at least once a year and preferably in each major teaching period.
