16.4 Designation16.4.1 The Vice-Chancellor may at any time designate the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor or a Deputy Vice-Chancellor with appropriate portfolio responsibilities, to exercise all or part of the Vice-Chancellor's powers, duties and responsibilities under this Section of the Rules. 16.4.2 The Vice-Chancellor must advise Council of any such designation.
