Intellectual Property Policy

The Intellectual Property Policy outlines the university's position on intellectual property ownership and the rights and responsibilities of the university, its staff, its students and others in relation to the creation and management of intellectual property. The policy also encourages the use of university owned intellectual property to create positive impacts.

Teaching and Learning Intellectual Property Procedures

The Teaching and Learning Intellectual Property Procedures outline the requirements for UTS owned or managed intellectual property (IP) generated from the university's teaching and learning activities. These procedures support the implementation of the Intellectual Property Policy.
